- Considering the user in question is a bureaucrat, this is more a Terms of Use issue (misusing Fandom to create a personal wiki and all) than outright vandalism. - Considering the user in question is a bureaucrat, this is more a Terms of Use issue (misusing Fandom to create a personal wiki and all) than outright vandalism.
