• Reason: This user doesn't listen or even make an effort to listen to me and is very lazy. always relying on others including me to do the work for him rather than doing it himself and when I try to help or talk some sense into him, he never replies or simply replies: "Never mind." I've given him enough chances to last me a couple of months. And no matter how many times I speak to him, warn, or even block him for few days, he never learns his lesson at all and continues on doing things his way without reason or listening at all.
